 FAQs

  • We invest in faith-driven entrepreneurs building scalable solutions to urgent Philippine problems. Our target sectors include financial services, business process outsourcing, healthcare, education, agriculture, and energy.

  • No, we invest in both tech and non-tech companies as long as they have the potential to impact at least 1 million Filipino lives.

  • We primarily invest in Seed to pre-Series A companies with proven product-market fit, revenue traction, clear path to profitability and measurable social / spiritual impact.

  • We invest between USD $100-300K, with potential for follow-on investments in portfolio companies that demonstrate strong growth and impact potential.

  • We partner with founders who are (or want to be) integrating their faith values into their leadership, strategy and operations. This includes a commitment to ethical business practices, servant leadership, cultivating a faith-friendly company culture, generosity and creating lasting impact for all stakeholders.

  • We evaluate impact across three dimensions: social (how many lives are positively affected), spiritual (how faith values are integrated into the business), and financial (sustainable growth and returns). We work with our portfolio companies to establish key metrics that track progress in each area.

  • Our process typically involves: (1) Initial application review; (2) Introductory call with two or more investment team members; (3) Due diligence deep dives; (4) Investment committee decision; (5) Term sheet and closing. For companies with complete and organized due diligence documents, the process usually takes 8-12 weeks from initial contact to funding.

  • During due diligence, we work with founders to identify how we can best add value. We can support founders in many ways including (but not limited to): faith-driven leadership coaching; strategic consulting (e.g., social and spiritual impact, fundraising, exit planning); and fractional CFO, CRO and COO services.
